Services: Provide education, advocacy, crisis intervention, counseling, and other direct services for deaf, hard of hearing, deaf/blind, and late-deafened individuals and families; Deafline Missouri Crisis Hotline; Crisis Video Phone, sign language classes for all ages; deaf culture training to agencies; Teen Institute (camp for deaf and hard of hearing youth) teaches alcohol and drug abuse prevention, HIV/AIDS awareness, and other issues facing youth; free counseling for hearing and deaf individuals and their families who are victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, rape, incest and child abuse,

Services: Legal services to income qualified persons: consumer problems, divorce involving abuse or custody, other divorces, bankruptcies, utility problems, Medicaid, MC+, TANF, food stamps, landlord/tenant problems, juvenile court proceedings, public housing and Section 8, employment and unemployment compensation, education, SSI, elderly issues including powers of attorney and nursing home discharge.

Eligibility: Income qualified, must reside in service area, civil cases only
