Catholic Charities of Central and Northern Missouri is a 501(c)(3) social service agency that provides a range of programs and services to those in need in our 38 county service area regardless of faith, culture or situation. Services: Provide education, advocacy, crisis intervention, counseling, and other direct services for deaf, hard of hearing, deaf/blind, and late-deafened individuals and families; Deafline Missouri Crisis Hotline; Crisis Video Phone, sign language classes for all ages; deaf culture training to agencies; Teen Institute (camp for deaf and hard of hearing youth) teaches alcohol and drug abuse prevention, HIV/AIDS awareness, and other issues facing youth; free counseling for hearing and deaf individuals and their families who are victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, rape, incest and child abuse,
