I have over 7 years of experience working with children, adolescents and their families who have experienced sexual or physical abuse as well as other traumatic events. I also have experience in helping families and children who exhibit defiance, aggression or other difficult behaviors.
I utilize several interventions in my practice including: Behavioral Modification, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy techniques, Mindfulness, Family Systems Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy techniques.

Our highly trained staff provides a continuum outpatient behavioral health care for senior adults, adults and adolescents. Our caring and compassionate assessment staff are available 24/7 to discuss your concerns about mental health or substance use issues, to answer any questions that you or a loved one may have, to provide evaluation and assist with accessing any of our services. The Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (CPRP) offered by Comprehensive Health Systems, Inc. is a community-based option of care for persons with serious mental illnesses. The primary focus of the program is that of providing assistance with management of the illness while avoiding psychiatric hospitalization. Our services include Intake Evaluation, Community Support, Medication Management, Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment, and Psychosocial Rehabilitation.

The IBHC offers comprehensive integrative behavioral healthcare for adults who are uninsured or unable to afford low cost, high quality care. Services are provided by graduate and doctoral students at the University of Missouri School of Social Work and Counseling Psychology.
Services: Comprehensive Assessments for mental health, resource needs, and other health needs. Individual Counseling; Crisis Intervention; Case Management; Psycho-educational groups for substance abuse. Assessment of needs and referrals to resources - our clinic does not have any monetary services (e.g. bus passes or housing assistance).  Free childcare offered during appointments.
