Services: Christian state-licensed maternity residence to help girls in crisis pregnancies,
designed to offer a positive alternative to abortion, a place to complete a healthy pregnancy in a
family oriented atmosphere, and an opportunity to determine goals and plans for the future.
Eligibility: Available to pregnant women ages 11-21; resident services require intake application

pressure and sugar screening), and daycare, school and sports physical; Social Services: dental
pain relief program, medication assistance, utility assistance for families with children, and
elderly and disabled; WIC: supplemental food and nutrition for women, infants and children
under 5 years who meet eligibility(see separate WIC listing)
Eligibility: Specific age, residence and income criteria for some services
Fees: Fees applied to most services, some services not denied if unable to pay.

commercial insurance,, MO Dept. of Health Show Me Healthy Missourians grant
Eligibility: Anyone experiencing difficulties accessing healthcare, including low-income
families, the uninsured, underinsured, and undocumented.

Services: Counseling for women experiencing an unplanned pregnancy, offers parenting skills
or placing child in an adoptive home; advocate for birth mother’s role in her decision; some
funding available for medical costs; adoptive services include domestic and international
adoptions, as well as home studies and post-placement supervision: Resources Parents provides
group support, mentors and individualized case management support for youth who are pregnant
or parenting.
Fee: Fee for adoptions and home studies, no fee for pregnancy counseling
Eligibility: None for pregnancy counseling clients, call for criteria if wanting to adopt
